The exhibition 'Resistance and Sorrow', shows, 100 years after the end of the WWI, sculpted pieces from sculptors of German and Dutch collections.
Huis Doorn brings together two extremes in the exhibition: vigorous resistance and intense sadness.
Huis Doorn is the former exile of the last German Emperor Wilhelm II, who fled to the neutral Netherlands after the German defeat in the First World War.
